I like how easy it is to setup and use! It's nice having all of your issues in one place so you can quickly find what you're looking for when needed. Also, you don't have to worry about losing something or forgetting where you put something as everything is stored online. There are some things that could be improved such as being able to search by date instead of time (for example searching for an incident from last week). We've been using this software since 2012 and we haven't had any problems with it. It has allowed us to keep track of our work orders, customer service requests, etc. I like how efficient and easy it was to use. The customer service was amazing as well! It made my job so much easier with all of our clients! There wasn't anything i disliked about this product at all! If you are looking for something simple yet powerful than you have found your solution here! We can now send out emails in seconds rather then minutes or hours which saves us time and money!
