These blue light blocking glasses are a must-have for anyone who spends extended periods of time in front of a computer. As a result of my tests, I determined that my eyes felt much more rested and less fatigued after a long day of work. The glasses are lightweight and comfortable to wear, and the lens clarity is top-notch. The only con I found is that they slightly alter the color temperature of my computer screen, but it's a small price to pay for the eye strain relief these provide.
