I'm sending them back because the back flaps (I haven't even opened the box for the front ones) are designed in such a way that the edge of the back allows for protection against Paint abrasion and the lower lining of the rear bumper cover. I don't want the flaps to fit like this so I didn't install them. My photos show hard contact with the car before the holes in the cover line up with the holes on the car. The interior of the valve is hollow but has a drainage hole at the bottom to allow water and debris to escape. Aside from the fiddly installation, I think they'll look great once installed. The material they are made of matches the finish of the car. The equipment that came with it looked pretty good. If you don't have a problem with bolted parts rubbing against painted surfaces, these will likely work for you.
