Review on 🔥 No-Spill Poly Gas Can - 2.5 Gallon Capacity (1405) by Robert Wood

UPDATE: It is now 5th November 2019 and I have not received a replacement spout - it has been 4 weeks! I'm writing this review based on my experience with this product that I bought here. I have a tree service and wanted to switch to auto-stop fuel cans so we can avoid having our climbing and rigging gear mixed with gas. Before I start I want to say that I used a can of No-Spill while working with another tree crew and it worked as advertised. However, the one I ordered here for myself worked fine, but the auto-stop feature didn't work. I've tried a chainsaw, blower, trimmer, liter jar, jar and stack - multiple times for each of them. Each time the gas overflowed and wouldn't shut off. In fact, I spilled more gas on her first day with her broken jerrycan than in a year doing tree business with my regular jerrycans. You can buy a competitor's can, which has a non-auto-stop dispense button, for a lot less. I contacted No-Spill and spoke to a very condescending lady who refused to believe I already knew how to operate the spout and told me it must be user error because they couldn't be. No kidding, she actually said that. She claims there is nothing in the spout that could cause the pickup truck to malfunction. Yes, she said that too. She encouraged me to watch Jill's video again and even emailed me a PDF instruction manual. After doing my due diligence, I went back and did everything exactly as they said - just like I had done before - and it still didn't work. Ironically, the instructions in the PDF actually described the device in the spout that controls the auto-stop function lol. I remember on that first call she was too busy to hold the line while I checked her for 15 seconds so I had to check for 15 seconds then call back. I finally submitted a warranty claim online, but didn't receive any official confirmation. When I called back a few days later, she was too busy completing an order to speak to me and never called back. FYI I've been very professional up to this point. So when I called back the next day (it's been 4-5 calls already) to ask about the warranty claim, she finally got around to checking it out. She said I would have a new nose the next day. It was 7 days ago and nothing came. Thanks Revane for getting my money back. By the looks of it, No-Spill has crappy quality control and even worse customer service. I will continue to use Revain but ended up with no-spill. I'm too busy to do business with companies like that.
