Review on Tobin DW5974 Snowman Stocking Counted by Morgan Gilmore

My kit looks like a lemon. It had many strands with knots in the middle as if connecting the new strand to the old. The needle is broken and there are too many similar symbols being used in close proximity. Looking at the picture of the packaging, even "they" got the stitch colors wrong. I ran out of two strands of different colors before completion, I called and the voicemail was full so I emailed online customer service and still haven't gotten a response from them. The alphabet letter chart does not match the picture on the package in thread type or color, and the bead symbols are very difficult to distinguish. Even the packaging photo is wrong. I'm disappointed with the whole set.
