I worked for a year to get my data and a month later it was all gone. This external drive worked for less than a month. Bought in December 2020 and by the 3rd week of January all but a few of my files were gone. Blood, sweat and tears for all the work and time I put in. WILL NEVER BUY A SEAGATE AGAIN. I have another Seagate that is older but I'm going to back it up with something else. I only buy My Book Discs, never had a problem with them. I bought this drive because it was small and easy to use, what a mistake!
