Shirt fits perfectly; this is the happy medium between loose and tight clothing. I wear medium sized clothes, I'm 5ft 9in, weigh 165lbs, chest 39in, waist 32in for reference. I was concerned that the shirt was polyester and NOT cotton. sticky shine. But when you see it in real life and maybe you can tell from the pictures but it looks like it could pass for cotton. The shirt is fairly low friction and combined with thumb loops, and it makes it very easy to don outerwear from the top. The thumb loops are stretchy and stretchy and tuck back into the sleeve when not in use. Visually and fashionably, the shirt radiates a simple, serious, clean dad, the seams look good and give a simple shirt character. It's important to note that there are two VERY DIFFERENT styles to choose from: square waffles and diamond waffles. All the negative reviews seem to be based on diamond pattern waffles. I have waffles with a square pattern. However, the negative thing about this thermal underwear is that the fabric is relatively thin and light. Still, it somehow does a surprisingly good job of keeping warm air in and cold air out. I tested it outside while running and although my hands were numb from the cold, I was still warm. I will update this review later as the shirt wears down over time.
