Excellent quality - wonderful color
There were no instructions so I had to find out from other reviews. I'm not sure I did it the best way, but I let it puff up like a flower ball. It takes a little time to carefully separate the fabric and fluff the layers. I trimmed a bit but it didn't affect the overall look. would buy again
