Doesn't work with external drives
I had high hopes for this switchable USB hub, but unfortunately it doesn't work with my USB 3.0 external hard drive. The drive works properly when connected directly to the computer, but once the drive is connected to a hub, the connection between the computer and the drive becomes fuzzy. It's great for charging cell phones and the like.
