Such a cute/great idea. It just didn't work on my lips.
If you buy makeup sponge cleanser, don't do it! I just tried it like this and it didn't work for me at all. The sponges I tried didn't wash off an iota. The very, very, very small amount of water I poured overflowed from the bottom where the batteries are and as soon as the water got on it it stopped working. So I gifted it to my niece and she loves it. We "washed" Barbie's clothes for hours. Definitely what I thought, there's no way to sanitize sponges! This is a cute toy for little girls.
