I did not receive the bezel/guard in my order. Instead of returning the item (the main reason I ordered it was the matching faceplate - the rose gold band looks silly on a different color Fitbit), I contacted customer service and asked them to ship it to me. I was told they would do it but it would take 10 days as I had paid for prime shipping and had already adjusted the strap (which - wow - very difficult with a small tool - took me about 45 minutes and a lot frustrations in terms of size) And it should be included at all, it's just not acceptable to me. I will be returning this and ordering from another place that actually fulfills their orders and has good customer service.
