This is just what I need to pack multiple WD Blue or Black (bare) 3.5" SATA drives into anti-static bags pack. They are backups and are kept in a locker and/or locker where space is limited, the thinner the better By placing the discs (in bags) between a pair of pieces of cut polymer binder covers By placing the PCB Sides for riding inside they provided all the protection I need for storage on top of the stack in the above situations without any unwanted bulk. The orange color of the yum yum life jacket immediately reminds me that they are fragile/valuable in storage Cargo packing or opening boxes. One criticism that they don't have a hard case and therefore not solid protection for on the go, fair enough in my opinion. When I need shockproof, dustproof, and waterproof protection for a portable HD, the Pelican polycarbonate case is an affordable route I take. (I use Cl ar-top 1040 for my phone on the water.)
