I love pan and tilt and it works great with one of my analog bullet cameras. BUT it is set to address 1 and it is already difficult for me to access the PTZ at address 1. It also rotates / pans my large PTZ main camera at the same time and I definitely don't want that! The instructions state that the address can be manually changed from 1-200, but there is no software, no device, no idea how to accomplish this amazing feat! The small reference sheet has no brand name, no URL, no email address. There is also no information to get help. Only instructions for manual installation steps, with no instructions or tools on how to do it?
