Very severe skin rash, but the product cannot be accused of a personal reaction to the ingredients.
I started this product with high hopes but immediately got a headache which also made my head very hot. Within 1/2 hour I had a rash on both arms. I reduced my intake to one pill a day and lost a few pounds, but although the rash wasn't that bad, it was still there. I went back to two pills a day and will just say it was a mistake. I decided to give up the remaining pills. I will not give bad reviews about pills because of my personal reaction. There's just something about them that my body doesn't like. I urge anyone buying pills to read the directions.
