Catch really need to improve in customer relationship/satisfaction
Catch dot co dot au is surely among the largest retail stores in Australia. It has been around for a while and it offers large varieties of products and brands at a very competitive price. Beside the cheap price offers, there arenalsonlits if discounts that make it suitable for resellers to leverage the opportunity for growing their business.
As a multipurpose store, the grouping of items are well organized onbthe webpage and the fact that the category button is located at the bottom of the page and search button first thing on the home screen makes search very easy.
The delivery policy is fair and it is good to know that being a member open one to chrap delivery. The store is also well represented on the social media with account in almost all social media sites.
However it seems the store really have to improve in their service. This is because the remarks from customers online are nit really positive. Most customers have one complain orbthe other whicj i bei believe is not good for the companies PR.
