Great dress best to dress up and pretend

I bought this dress for my granddaughters - it was great quality - a 3 year old girl wore 3T to 4T and my 5 -year old daughter wore 4-6X which I think would be small but wasn't - cape is a bit difficult to hold up - will probably sew on at some point for a 5 year old but otherwise great dress - bodice is soft on of the skin - I highly recommend this Princess Anne dress.
