For the first two or three months this thing worked great! I was so happy with it. One day the bluetooth stopped working at all. I emailed support on the manufacturer's website and didn't get a single reply, and that was about seven months ago. Now that it has an AUX input I said it's not a total loss as I can just use an extra cable (although I bought it for Bluetooth). Well I guess I was an idiot trying this because after a few months of decent work I heard a loud popping sound two days ago when the phone was connected normally. Now all the music is barely audible at maximum volume. Since the makers of this are literally useless, I decided to open it up and see what might have happened. When I pulled out the bluetooth module, I noticed a huge black spot near the capacitor. It turned out that the SMD capacitor exploded, leaving a black, charred hole in the board. I tried to fix it but it didn't change anything. DO NOT BUY THIS! IT WORKS IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE AND THE MANUFACTURERS DO NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE DON'T BE A VICTIM OF YOUR HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES LIKE ME. SUMMARY: LOSS OF MONEY, A HORRIBLE SCAM. NEVER BUY ANY US PRODUCT AGAIN AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME! God bless.
