Works great, I had no problems installing in my existing wallplates. I already had everything I needed to crimp RJ45 cables, so I didn't need to buy any additional tools to work with it. I tested the speeds on my gigabit network and got great performance, so they're obviously doing their job right. I used Cat5E cable so I can't specifically talk about CAT6 but I assume it works the same way.
