For as long as I can remember I have had problems with my neck and shoulders. I get terrible knots that get worse from working on the computer all day. Three weeks ago I didn't realize that I accidentally started sleeping on a pillow I don't usually put under my head and woke up every morning with a headache from a terrible pain in my neck and shoulders. Realizing that my regular pillow had accidentally turned me on, I started using my regular pillow again. While it reduced my neck and shoulder pain from using the wrong pillow, I still didn't feel very good in the mornings. which made me search for the best pillow and ultimately buy this one. Three nights with this new pillow and I'm already in love. As soon as I put my head on this pillow, I felt like I was lying on a cloud. It was wonderful. I immediately felt tightness and tension in my neck and shoulders as I tried to leave the body. That was incredible. I finally wake up rested and without excruciating pain. My sleep has greatly improved (and confirmed even more by the sleep tracking app I use and more restful sleep for longer distances). My only criticism is that I wish the hand grooves were a little deeper when sleeping on my side as my hand sits there awkwardly when in use. but it's a small compromise for a product that makes me feel so much better every day. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner!
