Started faults in less than a year

Was fine until Jan 2020 - now the headset wiring is clearly shaky and causing clicks on the line when I speak. You need to hold the cable when connecting to the phone so that there is no movement at all, so it doesn't click or be static and not move. I will be contacting the company for a replacement - stay tuned.
