Slightly uncomfortable
Although I like the idea, after a short walk the rubber bands stuck into the skin. I wear women's shoes in size 8.5 and they are too narrow for me. Tight while the back of my ankle starts to hurt as the tissue cuts into it. I tried wearing them with socks underneath but all they did was feel a little tighter. I've worn them a few times thinking they might need a "break in" like a new pair of shoes, but they're still very uncomfortable to wear.
