This has been my daily bag/diaper bag for 2 years and it is in excellent condition. I am a mom of 2 and 5 stay at home kids and this bag is used ALL THE TIME. I literally don't have a bag other than a shoulder bag unless I'm a mom. The size is just right for our everyday needs, but I like that it's not huge. Holds a couple of water bottles, tissues, some diapers, a wallet, a phone, a light sweater, teething toys/pacifiers and snacks. We keep important things in the car so we don't burden ourselves. After daily use and frequent stuffing, the leather looks perfect, there are no broken hardware, the stitching holds tight, all the zippers are still attached and the inner lining is still swollen. At first the skin was quite shiny and a little stiff, but after a few months it softened and the shine faded. From day one I get compliments on the bag from complete strangers and they often ask where I got it from! I would buy this again in a heartbeat!
