Well, first of all, it's great. Second, I mainly use it for work at home. It's thick enough that I don't catch the writing on the edge of the table. The edges are well stitched and the lack of slip at the back works very well. Among other things, it is easy to clean and does not show dirt. I mention this because with two guys and my hubs I'm the only estrogen in the house - they make a mess on my desk all the time. Thing is, I would order this and might make it soon, but in a different design.
