Review on 🦶 PS 25 Standby Foot by FastCap by Shawn Sims

I've been using this tape for about two months now. I find it very easy to read, love the markings on the back on white. The tip is tight and doesn't wobble, so the accuracy is very good. The retraction mechanism works well and I like the controls at the bottom of the band that allow you to control it without jamming it with your thumb. The belt clip requires pressure to open, which is a little annoying but you get used to it. The main downside here is durability, after about ten weeks mine starts to flex making it difficult to use. Looking ahead, I expect to destroy this in a couple of weeks, maybe two months out. It's a lot less durable than the Stanley product I've used before. For the price it's not a big deal, but I prefer tools that last even if they're more expensive, so I probably won't buy them again for general carpentry use. However, this tape would do great in a furniture store.
