I carry my PC with me everywhere and only thought about putting it in a hard case after a year of use. I was able to put this case on with the computer closed so I'm not sure why other reviews said they broke the screen when putting it on. Keep it simple, everyone. The latches stay in place when the computer is open, even light pressure on them will not move them. I am happy with this purchase. I only use my Yoga730 as a computer and not in tablet mode, so I'm not sure how different it feels. The chassis is noticeably heavier, but probably less than a pound, and overall the computer is still very light and compact.
