The headbands came as promised, but were enclosed. The headbands aren't as thick as it looked to me in the picture, but they're enough for the holidays. The fabric is cute. Be warned, the base of the headband broke when I tried to stretch and bend it to fit my head. Well, unlike many I've bought, the plastic ripped. OH NO! Luckily I was able to "fix" that. I had a plastic headband that I bought from a repair shop a few years ago. Since the knot wasn't glued to the bottom, I was able to thread a plastic headband through it to reinforce it. I then used E6000 glue to glue them together. Well luckily the fix worked but a bit tight on my large head. I do not recommend buying inflexible bandages.
