Review on 🚦 12V LED Headlights & Tail Lights for Club Car DS Gas & Electric Golf Carts (1993 & Up) with Club Car DS LED Light Upgrade by Allen Hart

A few weeks ago we bought a 1997 Electric Club Car DS. It had aftermarket halogen headlights that were in poor condition. I chose this as an update. First, they are BRIGHT! It illuminates jet street signs from 300 feet away. The fronts have a yellow light channel that can be connected to a turn signal controller etc. The fronts are adjustable by a few degrees for aiming. There was a template cut out in the box, but my main issue was that there wasn't a good way to register the template in the body. So I just widened the hole where the existing lights were. Includes fully assembled split wiring harness, fuse holder (fuse included), toggle switch and multiple zip ties. I personally didn't use a wire harness and just ran a 16AWG 2 core zip wire into the cut loom. Each flashlight comes with a 3-pin Molex weatherproof quick connector, which I used. The total installation time was about 2 hours for me. Please use the correct 48V to 12V power supply; do not disconnect a random 12v battery. I successfully used a bi-metal saw to cut through the plastic case. Remove slowly and test fit a dozen times until you get the perfect fit. If you don't like everything, a car radio installer can install it for you.
