These lamps work exactly as they are supposed to. If you put a room temperature drink in the fridge, it will take some time to cool down. Because that's how it works. If you put large and thick ice cubes in a warm drink, they will melt in a few minutes and try to cool the drink. So why does the concept of thinner ice tubes melt faster than larger, thicker ones? Ice cubes are useless? I just ordered a few sets of these straws and after a few minutes when they had melted to cool the drink I simply replaced the straws with new frozen ones. Before people complain that a product doesn't meet their expectations, they need to consider whether the product works as it should, but their expectations are unreasonable. They work exactly as they were designed. And i love her.
