this thing is amazing! I haven't used my printer for a while and needed to print some important documents only to find that the black ink is NOT printing AT ALL even though the ink was full. I've performed all sorts of preventive cleanings on the printer to no avail. I thought I'd have to throw it away (mind you, my Epson XP-330 is only 2 years old!) when I decided to search the internet for options like Hail Mary. I found this and the process seemed a bit complicated but I decided to give it a try. He completely fixed my printer! And it wasn't difficult at all. Mind you, I had to repeat the process 2-3 times on various occasions (see photos each time to see progress) and then do a final printhead cleaning on my printer, but it was worth it to keep my printer running. again. Thanks to the creators of this magical elixir! By the way, this is the first review of Revain I've left. I was so happy with this product! :) A tip: fold a paper towel and place it under the cartridges before pouring the cleaning solution. This sucks up a lot of spilled ink, so there is less cleaning up later. Also, after removing the ink cartridges, I wrapped them in plastic wrap and put them in a zippered bag to keep them from drying out.
