Great software, well worth investing in

Easy set up as it already comes with all necessary modules pre configured. Also I like that this can be easily integrated into our other systems where we also process payments e.g. Magento 2 or 3. Support is quick responding when you have any issues. We had an issue at one point which was quickly solved by their support staff (again fast response). The integration needs more automation as there needs to be less manual action required from us. So as soon as the data syncs correctly across both platforms then we will improve how much automated activity/workflow takes place so its easier for users who just simply need basic information such as stock levels etc.. At least during times without electricity the site has not been working properly which makes me think something may happen but i cannot confirm if thats down to hardware failure or power supply interruption? I like the way the dashboard is organized. It is easy to navigate and the product is intuitive. The ability to integrate with Salesforce is a great plus. Vincle has a lot of features for the price and is easy to customize to fit your needs. I have not found anything I dislike about Vincle. It is a great tool for the price. I highly recommend. I have been able to pull up a lot of data and have been able to create custom dashboards based on what we need.
