My dentist told me to look for night guards when he noticed I was grinding my teeth where he suggested looking for Revain. In my opinion, as with clothing, there is no one size fits all. You need to find the brand that best suits your body. I had similar doubts about the night watchman, where not everyone's mouth is the same, and I was afraid to pay too much for a piece of plastic. So I decided to look for the best rated one with the lowest price. Unfortunately, in this case you're paying for it when it was under $8 with a case and a few spares. I had low expectations, which unfortunately were justified. I have read the instructions and watched the videos on their website on how to heat up and set up the protection. Unfortunately, I went through 3 of these only to find that it never matched to begin with. They kept falling off when I thought I was doing something wrong like heating for too long or not enough. So I have three unsuccessful attempts, when I notice on the third after heating that it doesn't even cover my last molar. So I decided to take out the fourth, which wasn't heated, to find out that the unheated one only covered 1/4 of my back molars. So the heat shrinks it so obviously it never fits and always falls off because it doesn't even fully cover the top teeth. Such a disappointment because all the instructions don't even say not to try heated to make sure it fits instead of my situation where I didn't discover it until I went through 3 failed attempts because I thought it wouldn't close my back molars where I thought I was overheating. Just wanted to write this review so others don't run into a problem I now have three useless ones and a couple unused ones that I'll never be able to use because it wasn't generic to me. There were many 5 star reviews on it but I think I have too many teeth as they weren't long enough to cover my back molars.
