Review on KITCHPOWER 6 Quart Flex Edge Beater Attachment for KitchenAid Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers by Todd Phillips

I love this whisk! About 10 years ago I bought another version of the scraper mallet when my original mallet started chipping. Big mistake. It had rubber scrapers on either side of the blade and on impact it spilled batter everywhere. It was cheap, flimsy plastic that broke early. Then about 2 years after I received it, the bowl cracked while I was whipping the cake batter. I was suspicious of trying another one, but had to replace my spatula. I'm glad I tried this Kitchpower device. Works great, doesn't throw anything out of the bowl, scrapes the bowl perfectly. I highly recommend it!
