I bought an Ispring reverse osmosis system a few years ago and it's great. I think the water pressure in my home was causing one of three problems The filter canisters broke so I found what I thought was an ISpring replacement for Revain and when it arrived it was exactly the same dimensions and threads looked the same but it wouldn't screw in. It was something like, I tried but to no avail. I contacted ISpring customer support and spoke to Nick. It took several calls to find out exactly what size I needed but Nick replied, called me back several times and a replacement was sent. Not used to companies being responsible for their products and answering the phone good for ISpring talk to Nick!
