Review on Enhance Your 4G Signal Range with the 35dBi LTE Antenna – Boost Network Coverage for 4G WiFi Router, Mobile Hotspot & Outdoor Signal by David Sokolov

Revainrating 1 out of 5

That is nonsense. Inexpensive = Yes - Works = Not for me

I bought this antenna to fit my Orbi LBR20 to improve the signal in the family car. The location is about 5 miles from my ISP, AT&T, the nearest tower (with a few others within 10 miles). Before using the antenna, my Orbi was getting about 3 out of 5 signal bars, but the data rate was very, very slow. I was hoping the antenna would give a little more signal and help improve the data rate. After connecting the antenna I could not see any noticeable difference in speed or signal. I installed the antenna in different places and angles to see what would work, but I couldn't get anything better than what I already had. I believe you get what you pay for and this product is no exception. I bet this inexpensive solution might work, but in the end it didn't work. I am now looking for more expensive and reputable brands of antennas. As for the product itself. The antenna looks like a cheap plastic box, very light. I have other antennas that seem to be much more durable than this one. The included suction cup had some stickiness. I attached it to the outside window and it took me a while to tear it off. The cables feel pretty solid and well built, but there's nothing special about them. So the moral of the story is, if you want to roll the dice and try this out for your scenario, feel free. There are several reviews that suggest some people have made some profits with it. But I would advise you not to get your hopes up. Buy this knowing it probably won't perform as intended.

Cons
