Lovely medium casserole dish
Well done, but know this isn't your grandmother's lasagna dish. A large mold can hold 4 decent picnic ribs, or about 5 pounds of meat. Meals should be sufficient for most tasks for most families of 4 or fewer. The smaller of the 2 courses lends itself well to many side dishes or desserts, but don't expect much room for leftovers either. Duties, but if you want a dish for a large roast or poultry, this may not be the best option.
