So, my experience. The packaging that this product comes in is very flimsy with all parts falling out and rattling. As a result, the item did not work. I contact the seller who offered to replace the power supply and small hub but told me it is from China and it will take almost a month for me to get it. Then, upon my inquiry, the seller confirms that they are in the US but apparently only willing to ship the replacement part from China. So overall bad customer service. I managed to light the light with one AA battery. The lights are bright and work well, the ball joint prevents the light from rotating very far in one direction before it pops out of the socket. Unfortunately it doesn't work very well in a display case and needs to be mounted inwards on the front edges of the display case. It just doesn't allow you to interpret it in words. You can tilt it up to 20 degrees and that's it. It is better to mount on top or side. They make some more adjustable lights with a really adjustable mount, I would recommend them. Poor packaging, doesn't work, not very regulated and terrible customer service when it comes to the issue. Bad overall experience. I would not buy from anyone other than Xking. Update: Changed from one star to three. The product did not work as it should. As a result, the seller sent me parts from China to solve the problem. Parts received within a week. Now everything works fine.
