Pros: The flat ceiling mount works as intended. There are many adjustment points that, in any combination, will ensure your projector is pointed in the right direction. Looks solid. Cons - The instructions are ridiculously simple for the amount of modifications required to install my Optima projector. It required complete disassembly of the unit, reversing direction in multiple pieces, and multiple attempts at adjustment to connect the bracket to the projector. Also, and most frustratingly, the large amount of screws included to attach to the projector didn't match the length of my (standard and modern) projector. In a trip to the hardware store and for $1.50 I was able to complete the installation but was ready for the project.
