I like that it's easy accessible if you are new or not familiar at using this type of software/platform. It is very user friendly! There isn't much i dislike about H1 other than its price tag which can be seen as pricey but still worth every penny in my opinion. If your looking into hacking platforms try out h1 first because they have excellent customer service!! Their team will help guide through any questions needed along the way until you feel comfortable enough making an account & submitting bugs / issues etc.. For me personally there were 2 types of problems we encountered while trying to use their product (but didn't realize when signing up). 1) Our website wasn't getting approved via our VPS hosting provider so after many emails back n forth between myself + support staff from them - eventually realized one reason why we weren't able to get past step 3 during signup process could possibly.
