Use them to evenly spray different oils on foods to be cooked in the fryer.
It suits me because I wanted healthier options so I bought it specifically for my new deep fryer. There are three cute little bottles and you can put whatever you want in them. I used one for EVOO, avocado oil and canola oil. You can use one for vinegar. I've tagged them below in case I've forgotten which is which. I'm glad the bottles don't have labels because they look good on my counter. They work very well as a spray.
