Axis Scientific does everything to make the customer happy. This particular spine is their entry level model and about as flexible as one of my teenage daughters (not SUPER flexible). However, I am very pleased with the quality, size and believability of the real spine. The construction is solid, I put a lot of effort when using it as a study tool and it helps a lot. It is also easy to transport and quick to set up upon arrival at the training location.
