decent price, decent product.

I really like these straws. I'm very picky about the straws I like and while they don't meet all of my preferences, they are close enough and have other benefits that I haven't considered. In fact, my only issue is that the material is quite thick, but they are flexible enough that they don't wrinkle/wrinkle like regular straws. They are quite long as you know it says in the description but I actually think they are longer than the advertised length. However, they can easily be trimmed to the desired size with medium-sized kitchen scissors. So far I've trimmed 2 and 1 was fine but the second was a bit rough. However, it was easy enough to fix with one of my nails. I've seen some people wash them in the dishwasher. I've done this with a few of them but I wouldn't recommend it. The smallest drop of heat and they deform. One of mine fell on the switchback and although it melted it didn't collapse completely. The melted area is at the end of the straw so I never cut it off as it didn't affect the ability to use the straw. Because the straws are SO thick, the inner round shape of the straw hasn't even changed. One of my requirements for a straw is that it should be "thin" (i.e. have a small girth); I despise those broad straws like McDonald's. They are small which I like. I was concerned that this small size would get in the way of using things like malts or smoothies, but because they have such a thick texture they can handle the extra suction you need when trying to pump a thick drink, even if it is in this thick and cold phase where he doesn't move. Definitely yes, I will probably order them again in a few years. I don't wash them in the dishwasher anymore so this batch should last a long time. They are also easy to hand wash if you have a dish brush. Oh BONUS: The uncut size they come in is PERFECT for putting in a wine bottle. You know if it's your day.
