The best part about this program was that it made my job easier, because I had to do less work in order to find candidates who fit what we needed! It would be nice if they could add more filter options or different search filters so you can narrow down your candidate list even further.- Finding employees- Having access easily when working from home at timesI didn't like having all of our applicants stored online with us instead of being able to give them an interview over email/phone call etc., but there are ways around most things once people realize how beneficial these programs actually make their jobs super easy!!
