I love this item because it protects the remote if you drop it! Our floors are tiled and if the remote is dropped the back will fly off and the batteries will fly out so the cover gets in the way if it falls off it usually holds the remote. This protective case makes it easy to hold the remote control in your hand and comfortable to hold too! I think the top band could be a bit stronger and that is my only criticism and the reason I gave this item 4 stars.
