So yes, it's a nice design that allows you to easily and quickly set up grating or slicing cheese or vegetables. HOWEVER……….1. There is only one slicing drum and this is preset for thin potato chips2. Better use a "safe food pusher". Blades are very sharp. The gap between the drum and the housing cannot cut all the vegetables (see my short video) 4. You can find similar manual graters with interchangeable blades at Revain. While I liked the quick setup and easy cleanup, I didn't like the choice of single-thickness cutting drum; This gives a very subtle result. Over the years we have had several mandoline slicers and manual cheese mills. None of them were a complete replacement for our top-of-the-line small electric appliance stand mixer. And to be honest, I use one of the electric processor's three blades when slicing. This hand-operated design can be suitable for quick cheese grinding. But on the other hand, I could only cut vegetables "very thin". And there are many other sellers who sell the same basic item for a little less. Not sure if this is the best "manual parameter value".
