Good as an extender/access point

Good range; Penetrates through walls and floors in a 1500 m² room. ft. Bought to replace an outdated router but doesn't work properly; kept losing connection and couldn't configure the static settings required for my network. The admin is terrible; made for kindergarten and can't do much with it. Changed it to a hotspot and it works fine. Need a good replacement router.
