Allows me to save fuel at work

The night watchman is here. It's great when I'm stuck in my personal car at work. It blows out enough air to keep me cool without draining the car battery or starting the engine (saving me gas that my company doesn't reimburse). Power supply Minus - Charges slowly (max charge rate is 5V, so it takes hours to charge) - Rubber feet do not keep the fan stable when connected to USB during use.
