Second update December 2020: I ordered one of these from another supplier and received it but it is not charged at all. I wasted my money this time. UPDATE: This battery lasted 11 months before not holding a charge. My stepmom gave me this old cordless phone with an old battery and it lasted 3 years before I ordered a replacement so I think the new one should have lasted much longer than a year. Truth? Just $4 and my phone works again. I'm so happy. The old battery didn't hold a charge and I don't have a cell phone, just this old cordless phone, so I needed the right battery. The new battery holds a charge well. The only thing is that the cable seems to come out the opposite side than the old one and it's difficult to fit into the battery compartment. A bit of brute force and everything was fine but I was just afraid I would break the wire. All's well that ends well I think. Some battery reviews will complain about their batteries (generally not necessarily this seller) so make sure you look at the label on your battery and get the exact battery you are replacing. That's how I did it, so I don't expect any problems.
