My device failed after only 2 months of sporadic use. It's too late to return. I take good care of my electronics and use this device 2-4 times a week. The headphone jack now only sends the right audio channel; Squeezing the device plays both channels, but this is choppy and not a viable solution. In the bin. The rest of the device had a decent sound. Battery life was "normal", but it ran out of juice and turned off without warning, like other headsets that have an audible prompt to tell you expected battery life. This block: Just a fast trill and .OFF. Not good as there is no battery level indicator on the device. The last problem has to do with user factors. Unlike other modern headsets, this device does not connect automatically. When this device is not near your phone, it seems to turn itself off after a while. You have to manually hold down the play button every time you want to reconnect. My other Bluetooth headsets just reconnect when they're in range again. Overall I am disappointed with the lifespan/quality of this unit. For me it's a waste of money.
