Attaches to fridge and cabinet. Both work great. Be careful when installing because if they stick, they will seriously stick! Duct tape is incredibly strong! FYI, I needed them very briefly, behind a minimal groove on the strap. But I was able to lock them to the length I needed by squeezing the buckle with pliers.
