I like that it's easy for me as an individual user to set up alerts and filters so that my inbox is not flooded with emails from other people who want to send me their own personal updates or just spammy messages. It would be nice if there were some way of filtering out certain types of content (i.e., only allow articles about your business). Not much else - this works well. We use it at work and have found it very helpful in keeping us abreast of issues relevant to our clients' businesses as they arise. The ease of setting up alerts has also helped the team stay focused on what we are working on rather than having our attention drawn away by constantly being bombarded with notifications of new stories coming into the system.
